1. What MyFinanceX does
MyFinanceX is a business finance intermediary and information service, not a lender. We help businesses explore possible funding structures and, where appropriate, progress enquiries for further assessment. We do not promise that any lender will accept an application or provide funding.
2. Commercial finance and regulatory scope
MyFinanceX is intended to facilitate commercial and business-purpose finance enquiries. It does not represent that it holds an Australian Credit Licence (ACL) or an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL), and no licence number is claimed. Whether licensing or other authorisation is required depends on the actual activities and products involved. MyFinanceX does not offer regulated consumer credit services through this website.
3. General information, not a recommendation
Website content, calculators and product suggestions are general and indicative. Eligibility, rates, fees, terms, security requirements and approval decisions are determined by the relevant finance provider. Product matching suggestions do not establish eligibility. MyFinanceX may receive broker fees from business customers and commissions or referral payments from lenders or other finance providers. The amount, calculation method, payment timing and payer of any fee payable by you should be disclosed and agreed before you incur that fee. Lender commissions or other referral payments may create a commercial incentive to recommend or introduce particular providers. Finance providers may also charge interest, fees and other costs. Third-party lenders and service providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

We work to keep the website useful and available, but may change, suspend or discontinue features. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of their content.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MyFinanceX website (www.myfinancex.com) and related services. MyFinanceX is operated by MyFinanceX, ABN 94 052 813 818 (“we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by law.
1 Acceptance
1.1 By using the website, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms, have the legal capacity and authority to use the services and agree to comply with these Terms.
1.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, you should stop using the website.
1.3 We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this website. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
2 Our Services
2.1 MyFinanceX provides an online platform and intermediary service to help businesses explore and apply for commercial finance from third-party lenders (“Lenders”).
2.2 We are not a lender. We may introduce or refer you to Lenders and assist with your business finance enquiry. Any finance facility is subject to a separate agreement with the relevant Lender. MyFinanceX is not a party to a loan agreement between you and a Lender.
2.3 There is no fee merely to submit an initial website enquiry or application. Broker fees may apply if you proceed with our services or a finance transaction, and we may receive commissions or referral payments from Lenders. Any fee payable by you will be disclosed and agreed before you incur it. Lenders may separately charge interest, fees and other costs.
2.4 You warrant that information you provide is true, accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge and that you will notify us of material changes.
3 Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Provide false, misleading or deliberately incomplete information;
- Misuse, interfere with, disrupt or attempt to damage the website or its security;
- Impersonate another person or entity, or submit information without authority;
- Use the website for unlawful, harmful or abusive purposes; or
- Copy or exploit the website or its content in a way that infringes our rights or applicable law.
We may suspend or restrict access if you breach these Terms or applicable law.
4 Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information. Any collection, use or disclosure requiring separate consent or authorisation will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

8 Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyFinanceX is not liable for losses arising from use of the website, reliance on general information or dealings with third-party Lenders, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
8.2 To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against reasonable losses and third-party claims directly arising from your unlawful misuse of the website or material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused or contributed to by our own conduct. Nothing in these Terms excludes non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9 Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the website at any time. Termination does not affect rights and obligations already accrued.
10 Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, please send written notice to ben@myfinancex.com. The parties should first attempt to resolve it in good faith through discussion within 14 days. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from exercising rights to seek urgent relief or access a court, regulator or other dispute resolution process where permitted by law.
11 General
Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to applicable mandatory laws.
Third-party links: External links are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party content or terms.
Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Entire agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy govern use of the website, but do not replace any separate written broker fee agreement or agreement with a Lender.
